CO-FOUNDER
Stephanie earned her B.A. in Political Science from Boston College, with a Pre-Law focus. Before college, she played Nike EYBL basketball for the New York Gauchos and New York Exodus and was ranked among ESPN's Top 100 recruits.
She brings firsthand knowledge of high-level athlete development together with professional experience in strategy, business affairs, legal operations, technology, and organizational execution to build programs families and partners can trust.
CO-FOUNDER
Jasmine played basketball at Boston College before transferring to Georgetown University, where she earned her B.A. in Business and Entrepreneurship. Before college, she played Nike EYBL basketball for the Fairfax Stars.
She later served as an assistant coach for the Fairfax Stars 16U EYBL team that finished third at Nike Nationals in 2023. Her experience as a collegiate athlete, coach, and program leader informs a model centered on athlete development, mentorship, family engagement, and sustainable opportunity.
