ALL ACCESS is a program and brand of The Snack Collective, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (collectively, “TSC,” “ALL ACCESS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). TSC owns and operates this website and is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.

The founders and other representatives of ALL ACCESS act solely on behalf of TSC and are not individually responsible for the website's data practices.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Interest-form information: an adult submitter's name, email address, ZIP code, relationship to ALL ACCESS, message, and consent records.
• Pathway information: limited information such as an athlete's age or grade range, program interests, financial-assistance interest, organization, partnership type, available resources, service area, relevant coaching experience, certifications, age groups served, and availability.
• Communications: information you provide when you email us, respond to us, request an accommodation, or otherwise communicate with us.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, interactions, and security or diagnostic logs that may be generated by our hosting, delivery, and form-processing providers.

Do not submit a minor's name, birthdate, school, grades, medical or disability information, financial information, photographs, video, precise address, account credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the website or general interest form.

If more detailed information is later needed for enrollment, safety, payment, or program administration, we will request it through a separate process with additional notices and safeguards.

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with adult submitters.
• Evaluate interest in programs, partnerships, facilities, funding, and coaching opportunities.
• Plan program locations, capacity, scheduling, access pathways, and community outreach.
• Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and forms.
• Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect TSC, users, and others.
• Send optional marketing communications only when you separately consent; you may unsubscribe at any time.

We may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that support our operations, including providers of website hosting and content delivery, form processing, email and communications, analytics, security, fraud prevention, data storage, professional services, and other operational support. These providers may process personal information only as necessary to perform services for us, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights, safety, and security of ALL ACCESS, TSC, website visitors, or others.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in connection with a legal proceeding, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

The website and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies to operate and secure the website, remember preferences, diagnose technical issues, measure performance, and understand how visitors use the website. The technologies used may change as the website evolves.

Visitors can control certain technologies through their browser settings, although disabling them may affect website functionality. We do not currently use cookies or similar technologies for targeted advertising.

We retain inquiry and communication records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, generally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship, consent record, dispute, legal obligation, security need, or protection of rights. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or we determine it is no longer needed. Technical logs and provider-held copies may be retained under provider settings and legitimate security, backup, or legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use the website only for the limited information requested and contact us if you believe information has been submitted improperly or compromised.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it; withdraw consent; and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. We do not currently sell personal information or conduct those targeted advertising or profiling activities.

Submit a request to privacy@allaccesspathways.org. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you are appealing. You may also contact the appropriate state regulator, including the Maryland Attorney General where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

The website and its forms are intended for adults, parents, legal guardians, and adult partners. They are not intended for independent use by children under 13, and children under 13 must not submit personal information. Individuals ages 13 through 17 also may not submit the general interest form independently; a parent or legal guardian must submit any inquiry on their behalf.

An adult may provide only the limited age-or-grade and program-interest information requested by the form and should not identify the minor. If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Contact us immediately if you believe a child submitted information improperly.

We may update this Policy as our website, programs, vendors, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated Policy with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the revised Policy.
